First
floor, The Garden Terrace Apartment, was originally
going to be for rental. But it is so lovely that we moved in ourselves.
So we live here permanently, and are here to advise and assist you
should you need it. Guests have appreciated this. So have we!
Second
floor, the Lemon Tree Terrace Apartment, consists
of a grand double bedroom, a small twin bedroom, a bathroom with
basin, shower, bidet
and toilet, a large sitting / dining room with a sofabed, a kitchen
which opens out onto the Lemon Tree Terrace where you can sit and
eat and drink under the partial shade of the old lemon tree. The
apartment is light, sunny and airy. In summer there are fans,
no aircon, as the apartment does not get too hot being in the middle
of this ancient building.
It is now available for renting
Third
floor, the Roof
Terrace Apartment,
consists of a large double bedroom with French window and balcony,
a bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet, basin and washing machine,
a generous
kitchen
/
dining /
sittingroom, with single sofabed, opening out onto the roof terrace
with stunning views
out
across Bosa to the sea. The apartment is heated and air-conditioned,
and has been built to high standards of insulation. This
apartment is now
available to
rent.
Please note: The
photographs show the apartment as it was at the time of shooting.
Minor changes
may have taken place since, as we are always trying to improve
what we offer, and do respond to suggestions from our guests.
Water: In the summer
the mains water sometimes goes off for a few hours. In this case
each apartment has its own water storage tank - a serbatoio - which
takes over when the mains goes off. You should not notice a mains
failure.
The water from the tap is quite drinkable,
although many people do prefer getting it from the spring which is
accessed from a tap halfway up the steps, at the end of the street,
that lead to the castle.
Steps: Bosa is built
on the side of a hill, and there are many steps in the town. The
apartments, however are each on one level, unlike many houses where
the bathroom may be on the ground floor, and the kitchen on the third
floor. In the Lemon Tree Apartments you are not
forever running up and down stairs!
